Valid Information

Please provide us the valid name, address and mobile number as it is to be mentioned in your courier slip and courier representatives may call you before delivering your products.

Multiple Shipments:

Shipping charges may be charged higher if the product and package is bigger in size. You will be notified first. You may receive multiple shipments of your order just to keep your parcel safe and secure.

Delays in Order Delivery:

We try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case of delay, please refer to your email and look for the courier company that is used to dispatch your order and contact them. Justbabymart.pk is not responsible for any delay.

Policy On Baby Food:

We always try our best to keep the prices updated. But in any case, if price mentioned here is less than the actual market price, you will have to pay for the actual price. But it will be notified to you first. We normally do not keep the stock of baby food due to certain reasons so delays in your order is expected. We usually do not ship the Baby Food out of Lahore but in case, you want it, you will have to pay in Advance with Shipping. No refund or return will be entertained for any of Baby Food.

Return and Exchange Policy

JustBabyMart.Pk offers easy exchange and return policy. If you receive a defective product (Inside) or received the wrong product, you simply pack the product and return it to our address. We will pay you the shipping charges also. If the said product is not available, we will straight away refund your amount to your bank account only within 10 working days. We also don’t deduct the shipping charges. Change of Mind is not applicable.
